Not good
Very difficult to insert.and it leaks after 2 hours of heavy bleed.not good for heavy bleed days and the cardboard inserter is worse to inert.

Not recommended at all
The material of the dispenser is cardboard which is very uncomfortable to insert. The material absorbs liquid and becomes sticky. The tampon itself feels uncomfortable inside.
