I have been using this lens for 1 year now. It covers a large range of focal lengths. Only Tamaron will give such quality lens at such a low price. Only drawback is the difference in brightness with original Nikon lens, but that may not be such a big letdown for an amateur like me.

Amazing lens at an amazing price! I've been using it for months now and it is shooting as expected! Low vibration and amazing picture quality! A good choice for beginners and it is perfect alternative to multiple small lenses. It works fine if you already have a prime lens!

I bought this lens after lot of research. Confused with few negetive reviews. The lens is absolutely perfect for most situations, and the VC makes it possible to take 400gm+Cam weight in hand. First of all its a value for money and perfect lens for those who travels a lot. In a bright light condition this lens can produce an amazing result, low light photos are not so bad either. I have used other Nikkor lenses with VR but I found that Tamron's VC is somewhat better than VR. After viewing several reviews and sample images I had narrowed down to this lens. This Tamron 18-200 di II VC lens is amazingly good, Its just perfect for the beginners like me , It really helps you out in Getting wide range to Good telephoto zoom range.
