Easy to use
Grip on mobile phone is good, will not loosen while riding if you have used the provided foam stickers.
Aluminium construction - however cannot comment on the strength yet.
The cons=
Threaded aluminium part is very small and may get stripped if knob is tightened too much- this will render it useless.
The rotation of the phone holder is too loose. Might rotate by itself on hard bumps.
The movable jaw is completely removable by unscrewing the knob. If removed by anyone...
