Product itself is good. I have central RO supply but as the water is stored in tanks water and had a foul smell, I ordered this. It removed that smell from the water. Now water is good to use for drinking. Bad thing about it is that assembling it is very difficult and my parents would not be able to do it on their own as all the instructions are in English and are not that clear. It should have been delivered with a demo like other appliances. another thing is that I cannot find its cartridge...

But I can see very little dust are in water may came from the purification blub .
Don't know why they coming.

So slow delivery 17days from order the product.

Tap is little bit hard to adjust.
