Packing was good,product is nice cartridge was not new it seems because inside the cartridge i saw little dirty please everyone rince filter 2/3times then use it if you fill more water when filtered water inside the lower chamber water will leak from middle of the filter tank overall its good but price is more overall good 4/5

Be carefull about installation process . remove outer washer
Tata Swach STEEL WATER PURIFIER build quality is super .. but on installation time remove the extra washer comes with bulb cap holder and before use keep the bulb in hot water for 1 hour then fit it .. at start throw 2 liter water then start drinking .. its simple process and fast .. but not sure about the quality of water becos i have pure it in my house and water get much more cleaning process on that .. so i think pure it dose more filtration of water .. anyway tata bulb is cheap so what...

Decent purification . Was looking for a non plastic storage purifier and this was the only one available. Let's see how long the candle lasts, it says 6000ltrs . Does clean a bit of the dirt and hopefully bacteria from the water. Gives decent purified water with no chemical taste. Just one problem, the upper container rusted in 2 days of using it. Lower container is in good condition.
