THIS IS AN AUDIO AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT BOARD BASED ON 2n3055 TRANSISTORS. THIS BOARD USES FOUR 2n3055 TRANSISTORS AND A 24 VOLTS DC POWER SUPPLY TO GENERATE AN OUTPUT OF ABOUT 300 WATTS. THIS BOARD HAS SEPARATE CONTROLS FOR BASS, TREBLE, VOLUME . THESE CONTROLS ARE OPERATED BY THREE POTENTIOMETERS, ALSO KNOWN AS TONES. THIS BOARD HAS STEREO OUTPUT. BOTH THE CHANNELS PROVIDE ABOUT 150 WATTS AT FOR 4 OHMS SPEAKERS. THIS BOARD IS VERY EASY TO INSTALL. THE ENTIRE PRODUCT COMPRISES OF THREE INDIVIDUAL PARTS. FIRST PART IS THE MAIN BOARD. THE MAI BOARD CONTAINS ALL THE NECESSARY AMPLIFIER COMPONENTS. THE MAIN BOARD HAS THE CONTROLLING CONNECTIONS OF VOLUME, BASS, TREBLE ETC. THIS BOARD WILL BE PROVIDED AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE. ALL THE POTENTIOMETERS WILL BE SOLDERED IN, EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE SHOWS. SECOND PART IS THE 2n3055 TRANSISTORS ASSEMBLY. THIS SET OF FOUR TRANSISTORS IS MOUNTED ON A HEAT SINK. THE HEATSINK IS MADE UP OF HEAVY GUAGE ALUMINIUM FOR EASY AND SMOOTH HEAT DISPERSION. THE TRANSISTORS ARE INSTALLED ON A SILICON SEPARATOR WHICH PREVENTS THE TRANSISTORS FROM SHORTING AND OTHER VOLTAGE DAMAGES.
