Santhi is currently working as Professor in Commerce and Dean, School of Commerce and Management of Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She has over three decades of teaching and research experience. She has guided many Doctoral Theses and is actively engaged in research in the field of Marketing, Insurance, Behavioural Finance, Consumer Behaviour, Entrepreneurship Development and Sustainability. She has also published research articles in indexed national and international journals. As Principal Investigator, she has also handled Major Research Project funded by UGC and ICSSR. D. Vennila is Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, School of Commerce & Management, Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore. She has 23 years of teaching and research experience. Her areas of expertise include capital markets, banking, entrepreneurship development, and finance. She has published eleven articles in national and international journals and has participated in and presented papers at both national conferences and seminars. S. Rubeya is Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore. She has eight years of teaching experience. She has presented papers at national and international seminars and conferences, published research articles in peer reviewed and indexed journals and completed a UGC sponsored minor research project.
