product is good but Filters are very costly after one year filter will be changed and cost of filters are equal to new air purifier . if company will consider this issue so nobody will like this i am sure about tefla too good

I am not rating the product as such but the service from Tefal.
The product was delivered well in time and the delivery person advised me not to open the packing to avoid warranty issues and that a company engineer will come and demonstrate.
It was 30th November at 10 AM that I received the product.
Ever since I am waiting for the service guys to come and demonstrate.
Tefal doesn't answer and Flipkart keeps telling to wait for 24-48 hrs.

It's a good price. It's a good design. It's a good brand. However, it is difficult to purchase filters. That's the downside. It would be better if I could buy a filter online.
As far as I know, you can only buy filters at the service center. Let me know if you know any other way.
If you can purchase filters more easily, it is a reasonable and excellent air purifier.
