Description

The Tekbond MS HYBRID It is a one-component adhesive based on hybrid silicone polymer, which can be cured by reacting with moisture in the air and gradually form a high-strength elastomer. It is eco-friendly product, does not contain isocyanates, tin and plasticizer. It has good durability, non-corrosive, UV resistance, water resistance and adheres to a wide range of materials. It shows good mold resistance when be used in the kitchen, bathroom and other areas. It is suit for both interior and exterior. Due to its elasticity and its high adhesion power in several types of materials, the product seals in a differentiated manner with high performance, and can be used in several segments, such as industry, civil construction, metallurgy, automotive, among others.

Usage Instructions	The application surfaces must be free from any grease or dust and cleaned with alcohol or acetone, Cut the tip of the cartridge and the dispenser nozzle at a 45 Degree angle in the intended size and thickness. Screw the nozzle in the cartridge and put it in the dispensing gun, Apply the product in the intended area and do the finishing. In case of using masking tape, remove it before the adhesive forms a film, After using it, keep the dispensing nozzle in the cartridge and let a small quantity of the product above the nozzle, to form a buffer. In case of reuse, remove the buffer. After it's been opened, the product can be reused for up to two weeks, If the parts are heavy during gluing, consider putting clips and hooks so that the parts do not move by being bonded until the entire adhesive gets dried, Entire cure takes place in 24 and 48-hour due to weather, adhesive quantity and weight of the parts to be fixed
