Thermal paste quality is 2 star but if u are in strict budget then go for it
I have Ryzen 5 3600 and before the temps. Were 80 C in idle cuz my stock paste*that included in stock cooler* that vanished so I bought this now my temps. are 65C in idle and 83 C in 100% load at stock frequency 3600Mhz. I m not satisfied with thermal as I was in strict budget so it doing its job so it's ok not so good not so bad

Thermal grease received in good condition but can't say anything about it's productivity, as I used this product on laptop and no major improvement seen from previous condition. Heating isue still persist and have to check for other options to fix it.
