This book is good to clear your concept but my suggestion do not straight-away jump to this book.. First read a text book of OOP/ C . then go through this book. Content of this book is presented in questions-answers format.. These will clear your concept only if your have read the textbook.

It was very disappointing to find the same comments and ratings have been replicated in both 'Test your C skills' and 'Test your C++ skills'! Am doing my B.E. in Comp Sci and I want to master my skills in both the langauges since I already have a good basic knowledge in both of these... I wanted to buy one of the books but I couldn't see proper reviews coz of this confusion. Which one should I buy.. C or C++ or both??

There have been no reviews on this book. Instead, reviews for TEST YOUR C sKILLS were visible for this book. That was pretty irritating. I was unable to decide if I should buy this. But now that I have bought it, I'm glad I did. Just like the famous TEST YOUR C SKILLS, this book catches key points of C++ which are pretty confusing at times. After going through LET US C, this book provided a deeper insight into C and helped laying a stronger foundation on the logic of C.

It is a good book, contains a lot of MCQs, however, some of the questions have vague explanations. Otherwise one of the best books for MCQs on C out there in the market, and a must go through for all those wishing to test their C skills! It definitely has more than the necessary number of questions, helpful and great for practicing.

After completing let us C book this book is very important for testing what you got from previous reading. It helps to improve C fundamental. I recommend this book to all computer students.

This is a very good book for those who have the knowledge of C and want to learn C++, even if you have studied C++ this book will help you to revise and improve your C++ skills.

Don't think much just go for it. Yashavant Kanetkar is the best author for C and C++.
