I had studied this book on Machine Design by Khurmi for my Engineering studies 25 years back. Now I have procured the new edition of this book again for my son's studies. This is a clear indication of value of this book.It is a good reference book for practising Engineers & students. One of the excellent books available for machine design. Very good book in design of helical springs, shafts and welds.Many important work out problems are available which help us to easily design the material according to given requirements .Best useful when used along with data handbook by Khurumi.
