It's a great book especially for 1st yr students ...it has a lot of images....and its really helpful and quite easy to learn from this book..I would also recommend the author GK Pal coz it's really good

Recommended Textbook. Student and Professor approved.

These books are definitely a must have for all first year medical students. It highlights the key points and, all the complex physiological theories that are explained in the book,are highly simplified and are ingeniously catered to the student's understanding,simultaneously adhering to the prescribed syllabus. Example oriented,concise and perfect. A wonderful compilation indeed.

it is a worthless book. If you wish to score good marks in physiology and write the paper in the way it is to be written and the way the professor wants it, there are only two books to make you reach that level. GUYTON and GANONG.
If you ask me to review THIS book, then I'm going to kick you for sure.
JUST SHUT UP. Believe in my reviews. Dont doubt them.

exact price of 2 volume of book is 1280, but Flipkart showing wrong price 1590 along with fack discount 20%. This is against the consumer rights. You can see exact price on the following ling of APC publication (http://www.apcbooks.co.in/images/Medical%20Catalogue%202014_Final.pdf), this will open the wrong practice of distributers and flikart.
Don't purchase this book from Flipkar, go for other publication.
