    The hundred rupee wakeup

I first read about this book in The Economic Times and immediately looked up flipkart. i am glad that I bought it. When I was half way through the book, I decided to have my own website and registered two domain names. I am now preparing material for my websites. This book is helpful to entrepreneurs. If you are a 9 to 5 person, this will not serve you.But if you have read RICH DAD POOR DAD and looking for step by step guidance, this IS the book.

Do you need kicks to startup?

A very simple, thought provoking book for the mind which wanders on what to do next?

Few stories are more useful for the common person who wishes to keep his/her day job and still do something which they are good at and make...

A nice book to get started with a startup

Summary of my review: I would give 8/10 to this book. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get started with startups. Caution though - this is not a detailed account of startups

Opinion: A very fresh and welcome read in the startup segment by Chris. What I loved about and what this book is definitely not compared to few other startup books that i have read is that this is not a professional scientific, clerical book on staartups which give you a picture of each startup becoming a multi-mil...

Ok to read. What you get out of this book depends on you.

I read about this book while traveling to Delhi during July 2013. The reviewer had showered lots of praise on this book so I was curious to read it.

I am unable to decide whether this book should be categorized as a Management Book or a Self-help kind of book. There are many interesting stories about people starting with minimal resources and then making it big. There are also many tips and tricks with the planning process - some cheat sheets, tables, etc. Somewhere, you lose interest in the...

    Simple, yet useful

This book offers useful tips without being preachy. It covers enough examples so that you relate the theory to reality and you'll find at least one story that resembles your own. Personally, it helped me identify things that I could do to improve my freelance career as a writer and look out for possible obstacles.

But most importantly, it showed me that there a lot of people who have taken risks and it somehow made me feel less ambivalent about my own career choice.

Very useful book, different way of thinking

Would highly recommend this book to people who have always been thinking of starting on their own but are constantly thinking 'how'. Also for those people who think that huge capital investments are not their way to start.

The book definitely gets you thinking in directions you may not have thought possible earlier. With real life examples, this book makes the theory believable.
