the book gives great amount of inspiration to all those who aspire to become IFS officers. apart from this , its a book that tells all the interesting facts and events that take place behind the scene. very well written, edited and compiled. it rightly reflects the life of those in the Foreign Service. all the different accounts are interesting to know about and to appreciate the work, intelligence and smartness of our diplomats.

The Ambassadors' Club is an important book for all IFS aspirants, whichever way you look at it. The reason I deem it important is that it may swing you either way, essentially depending on the dichotomy (or the fortunate lack thereof) between the image you have of the IFS and what this book reveals. I sincerely hope that everyone interested in the IFS goes through this book and sees the IFS in favourable light.

love the book... but the glue for the spine wasn't strong so I guess it was a bit damaged...

Very gud book for aspirants to have a glimpse of what could be their work situations...

Must for all IFS aspirants. Gives a peek into the lives of Indian Diplomats and brings out the challenges. If not should be read bcoz of sheer interest.
