The world of sea piracy is treacherous, even when one wants to quit it it tends to cling to his back to haunt him. Life was very different during the early 90s; it involved a lot of deceit, abductions and bloodshed. Directed by Henry King and starring Tyrone Power, Laird Cregar and Maureen O’Hara, The Black Swan is an action-adventure drama film about a notorious pirate who reforms his ways to become the governor of Jamaica. However, due to his dark history in the pirate world, another pirate captain kidnaps the ex-governors daughter to set things out of control.
