I had ordered for this book through flipkart and got the delivery before expected time and firstly would to thanks to flipkart for fast delivery and i started reading this book just after one day and have completed this book in few hours as the best thing of this book is their beautiful story that will keep u continue with this book.This is one of the best book i came across and i would like to say that u guys must read this book once

A very beautifully written novella...
Ruskin Bond beautifully expresses the sweet and simple life of the Garhwalis. This novella (a short novel) is a pleasant read for you. Expanded in just 82 pages with a large font and pictures, this novella never gets boring. You can finish it just in a read as I did. There is a movie also made on It with the same title. And I suggest you to read the novella before watching the movie.
It can be a perfect gift for those who have just started reading lite...

Mind-blowing purchase
Really great story.Simple yet interesting.Can any one describe an umbrella as a flower.It shows Mr.Ruskin's artistic thinking.The umbrella was like a flower,a great blue flower that had sprung on the dry brown hill-really artistic.Good book for begginers.Binya's character is potrayed very well.Delivery charges are too high yet delivery speed is applaudable.
