  • Description

The Chimp Paradox is a one of a kind, self-help book which will help you understand the structure and functioning of the mind and how to apply this to achieve the best out of yourself and others.

    Summary of the Book

In The Chimp Paradox, leading consultant psychiatrist, Steve Peters presents the readers with an incredibly powerful mind management model that can help a person be happier, build self-confidence and become a more successful person. The author explains that we all have a being inside our minds that can create havoc in every aspect of our lives from time to time. He calls this being "the chimp," and it can either do you good or turn your life upside down. The primary challenge is to tame the chimp and keep it under control. The author explains how impulsive behavior can impact our professional and personal lives in a negative way and shares invaluable insights from his mind management programme, which has helped athletes and senior managers to conquer their fears and function with greater control, focus and confidence. This book is a must-have for those aspiring to live a more organized, harmonious and peaceful life.
