    Description
The Cup of Life is an absorbing, thought-provoking self-help book which is the outcome of a deep involvement of the author with the challenges in her life. Equipped with a questioning mind and an unusually ingenuous temperament, she is guided in her journey through life by qualities of heed and heart that are disarming. Taking her experiences in life as examples she goes through a whole gamut of emotions and thought process to provide readers with ready to accept ways of handling tough issues, relationships, both familial and other, and problems dealing with one's own passion and involvement. She advocates a close look at life and all its aspects with a view to improving and enriching it. In doing so she feels strongly that we must try and alter our perspectives, think deeper and engage in an appropriate dialogue with our own selves to produce better results.

The book is an easy to read and comprehend guidebook that can cater to a wide section of readers, young and old, without bias-written in a racy, flowing narrative style, the book is a unique description of the manner in which common, everyday issues can provide opportunities to show how one can learn lessons from life.

A must be read book for all who are seriously interested in leading an enlightening and enriching life.

    Inspiring and Provokeful

Just now i had completed reading this book. As i proceeded with the book, first I found is simple in language and understanding for all the age groups. Seeta has got good writing skills and protrayed the book in different way which makes it very interesting. A book that throws light on our everyday life and makes us understand about how we take our so called life for granted and doesn't value it the least. To summarise the book is lucid and inspiring. All the best Seeta and would love to read...

    Meaningless. Nothing new to learn.

I purchased the book seeing past good reviews. This was author's first book. And to write your first book on a challenging theme as this is a courageous act. She seems to be a nice person, and I also wish good luck for her next book.

But as an avid reader and a book lover I have to share my honest opinion. Yes there are a few good lines worth underlining, but for most of the part frankly speaking the thoughts were too naive. They seem to be an average of many similar books. They lacked orig...

Wonderful enriching book tackling life and relations

Reading the simple, yet striking observations, strikes an inner chord about our own experiences and self introspection leads to a changed perspective.
The book brings out the power of the sub conscious mind, to better one's life by discarding the unfavorable/ unhappy parts of our own life.
I recommend the book to readers who tend to brood only on such unfavorable parts of their lives.
