The Element (English, Paperback, Robinson Ken Sir)
The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything is a book that tells the readers how to tap into their hidden potential by understanding and utilizing their talents.
Summary Of The Book
The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything starts off by telling the readers that they all are born with very high natural capacities. However, with time, they often lose touch with these talents as they spend time in the world. The authors then tell the readers that most of them don’t realize what they’re capable of achieving, and throws light on the fact that this affects society and business in a negative manner.
The authors make use of a number of short stories on the lives of highly successful individuals in modern-day history such as Meg Ryan, Gillian Lynne, Arianna Huffington, Richard Feynman, Paul McCartney, and Matt Groening, along with several other famous athletes and entrepreneurs. They go on to tell the readers that these highly successful individuals started off by realizing their talents, and were gradually able to make a successful living off what they love to do.
The authors move on to explain the Element, which they believe is the point where natural talent meets passion. Through the course of this book, the readers are given key insights into finding their element, and reaching their full potential. They also tell the readers that occupation or age are no barriers, and emphasize that there is an urgent requirement to boost innovation and creativity, which can only be achieved by an individual changing their way of thinking.
