    Summary of the Book

Set between twilight on a humid day and a couple of hours past midnight in Bombay, The Graveyard Shift provides a peek into the fast-paced and unyielding world of the big city through a series of chance meetings amongst fixers, strugglers, misfits, prima donnas, outsiders and dreamers. Interesting & Compelling

An interesting and compelling read with good description of characters and their relationships. What works for the book is the pace of the narrative, the intrigue and the edge of the seat drama. An easy, racy single sitting read which one can finish in a couple of hours.

    Funny, tragic, unconventional

Zis book has a very different narrative style shifting between points of time during the day and between a maze of characters who are inexplicably linked together which impacts how their lives change during the course of the night. Really like some of the characters as well as many funny moments and a few tragic 1s.
