It's a good read. A bit confusing to decipher as the author tries to connect different concepts. But all in all a recommendation for understanding human psychology

the title is very good that has explored all the possible explanation of happiness in every aspect of human life, the author deserve thanks and appreciation for his beauty and style of presentation in the quest of happiness, an unsolved mystery.

This is a book for those who want to understand psychology in an easier way. In fact by way of analogy the philosophy of Plato is scaled down to a layman understanding.This book tells the story of how the human mind works. I had the same feeling when i read Sophie's Wisdom

I figure out this book have aesthetic knowledge by reading couple of pages but I think I am too lazy to finish entire book but someday I will definitely finish hope I won't lost this reading material.
