    Helps to revitalise your life

Once in a while, during all the mundane things we do, it is essential to take a step back and evaluate one's life. Ms. Rubin does exactly that and discovers that she can do little things to make her life exponentially happier. She makes tiny, doable and measurable goals for each month and endeavors to not only make herself happy, but those all around her too. Must read!
