Firstly, I should admit that I am reading the book after I have watched the movie. But this is not the first time I did this. It was the same case with first 4 parts of Harry Potter and DaVinci Code and in their case, it did not subside my interest in the book.

I read the book after watching the movie and still enjoyed this better as I could live through all the details which the movie left out. Can't wait to read the 2nd (again have already watched movie part-2).

Hey this is the type of sci-fi in which you don't know what is going to happen when.. At the end of every chapter the plot twists making you so desperate to carry on... Moreover the plot is very good specially for teenagers :P....... So in short just go for it.....

its a wonderful novel....it just gives me chills when i read this book....really good....liked it....the entire story is so thrilling...can't wait to buy the next book Catching Fire....a must read for all the science fiction and adventure lovers....!!!

Never question about Collin's masterpiece. This one's a bomb, with a constant suspense you wouldn't want to put the book down till you've finished it.

I got the urge to read the book after seeing the movie.
And yeah I would say , the book is far much amazing than the movie(well that's just obvious),
But there are a lot of content in the book , which they haven't shown in the movie.
And yeah the book is bloody amazing! Even though I knew the story , the book did keep engulfed in Katniss's adventure. So yeah i recommend y'all to read this book!

Hauntingly wonderful, this story of how the world was and how it might be stays with you long after you turn the last page. Definitely a book that should be on your bookshelf if you love adventure and fantasy. This dystopian world makes you enter it even though you know you shouldn't want to.
