A refreshingly new book on the Indian Constitution, through the lens of case-law - in just over 160 pages. But as is claimed, the book is not totally jargon-free, and is definitely not recommended for the uninitiated. Though, a preliminary study or understanding of the constitution perhaps, shall suffice. Book in good to read with easy to understand chapters. A book that every Indian must have.

It's a small Handy Book .....it include only 4 chapters 1. Separation of power 2. Federalism 3. Rights and Goals 4. Changing the Constitution. Some list of cases and References.

This is a work unparalleled ....lucid and fresh. This strong but precise work would really change the way you perceive the constitution, but I would really recommend reading this - not as a first incursion into constitution but after having read a more basic and factual background of the constitution

Book is in the form of essay, with divided topics and perhaps most basic ones existing in the contemporary constitutional debates in India. Author is succinct, clear and cogent in writing. Requires basic understanding of the subject. Presents an academic view point.
