Great read for anyone playing the game.
As far as people who haven't played the game go, you might find the world morally ambiguous and even confusing at times. But that's pretty much how it's supposed to be. It's a collection of loosely connected short stories, so it's a great way to ease into the Witcher universe.

i got the brownish gold color cover page edition not this red cover page edition and the brown gold cover page looks excellent compared to this. As usual flipkart delivery was excellent got the book in 2 days. great read!! must have for every witcher game fan
right now the book with this cover page seems to be unavailable cause i didnt like the one with the red cover (dont judge a book by its cover ;P ) & looks like i got the last copy available, thanks to flipkart for delivering it in 2 days -excellent service as usual. The book is riveting and very evocative- Geralt and his cynicism and the dry humor stand out in this very dark fantasy. A must have for every fantasy nut and witcher game fan!! if u loved the game u will love the book even more!!

Loved the book and the fast delivery. The book delivered is the 2019 edition (so don't think much of the first photo).THE WITCHER game and the series are one of my favourite and before playing Wild Hunt diving deep within the lore will improve the immersion throughout your game time and this book is perfect to start your journey with Geralt Of Rivia! "The last wish" is a series of short stories which is set in the witcher universe. This acts as the beginning for the future novels. It defines the morally ambiguous world the story is set in. The worldly mechanics and the working of the world is given a new refreshing touch with a touch of darkness. Highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a fantasy world to sink into.
