The Parliamentary System  (English, Hardcover, Shourie Arun)

Poor narration and poor organization. Description of book is misleading as the book doesn't focus much on alternatives. It also loses focus on existing issues in system by blurting out too much statistics and parliamentary proceedings. It is heavily biased against Congress and Anti-BJP parties. A good percentage of book content doesn't hold any relevance now (2014) because political and electoral equations drastically changed since then.
