    am upset with it,

    I buyed this book in anther accnt.I Thought this book helps m to know abt I.P.S. of present recurtment ,cadre but it all cantains old infornation and regardless it has 70% of pages containg names of officers only.Its my personal opinion,who want history may semm usefull.
