enlightening book... some exercises are really excellent which bring you totally in present moment... though I don't complete the whole book.. but I really like it.. I really like to read those spiritual books..

this book is about truth. thick nhat hanh(the great vietnamese buddhist monk) and eckhart tolle have very similar views. enjoy its essence and may it help you in your spiritual journey to find yourself.amen.

The book was delivered in excellent condition. The quality of pages is good at this price and i got an original book. I have read 1 chapter and this book is in question answer format. It's good if you are tired of mind's chattering. Will update the review after completing the book.

Highly recommended
Book contents are awesome. But the book I got wasn't in the best condition. It is bended in some parts making it pages and cover uneven. Probably due to mishandling of delivery service.
