So this is my first stephen king novel...i heard every good thing i can about this and so i thought to read it...flipkart delivery was great got it in 3rd day of order..nice package with bookmark

In Start like 150-200 pages are mainly the introduction or some general stuff going on but that all is for the sake of character development i mean you can not directly jump onto action without knowing someone's past so it is great and when it hit you it hit hard stephen king is surely as i have see...

This is a really good book,I really liked it.I had heard that Stephen King is one the best horror authors,and this is book certainly proves why he is.Now in terms of the quality of the book it has a soft cover i would have preferred the cover to be a little thicker considering it has almost 500 pages and is difficult to hold with such a soft cover.The only complaints i have is not with the book,but the packaging in which the book was delivered was not of the authentic flipkart packaging,whic...

The shining shines!

One of the best from King and one of the most scariest novels I have ever read.. I think many people wouldn’t read this at night as it can be spook anyone out.. Definitely in the top 5 horror novels I have read till date being a fan of horrors and thrillers.

The order was delivered well before time and the packing quality was good. I had been waiting eagerly since this book is considered as a masterpiece and I agree that the narrative style in the book,its content,the interweaving of dreams with reality and horrors,the development of characters is breath taking. King allows us to peek in the minds of each character and feel their weakness ,vulnerability.
