I am not capable enough to review this book. Still,in my view,I can say that it is a wonderful book on medicine and health and I rate it as high as (or perhaps higher) Stephen Hawking's renowned book -A brief History of Time.

Must read book.

Knowing about telomere and how our choices affect them, is a good thing. It's part of the Nature Vs Nurture debate that shows Nurture affecting Nature. However, book is rather scattered in its narrative, unimaginative in examples and very light about the science involved. They could've written all the relevant stuff within 50 odd pages I think, if not in a 10 page article.

This is a book that is written once in several centuries......🌞👑

One of the best masterpiece I have ever read, finely backed by scientific research being carried out around the world...
