Simply awesome
I always wanted to have the whole collection.. I am so happy with the item..The pages are glossy and the size is good for travelling and storing..not too big like the single comics..but not small that it is difficult to read.. A must for all Tintin fans..

If you come across this, buy this. More so, if the set is on discount. This beautiful red collector's edition box set is something to be treasured. The pages are glossy. Though the font is a bit smaller than the individual comics, it can be read easily. Flipkart delivered it within 2 days and the books as well as the box are in perfect condition.

Its a good collection to have! But then the books are actually a bit small! So its a little tough to read. I would prefer the bigger single book collection than this!
But it was out of stock and hence I had to stick to this. But the bigger books definitely would have been a better buy.
But the advantage is since the books are small, you can easily carry them anywhere!

Perfect product!
Great collection I must say, All titntin books except tontin in congo. The books and the box are in perfect mint condition. The binding, paper quality is awesome, no complaints. Obviously the print is little smaller as the books are smaller in size, but no problem in reading the books, moreover smll size helps is storing and carrying the books. Got the books in a great deal of 3400 inr, which makes it even sweeter. It's a dream comes true.

First of all thanks to flipkart for such an amazing offer, I got it for Rs 3999 where as the MRP is 7999.....It was a 50% off...Luckily the offer was only for a day and i got it. Later on flipkart reduced the discount to 40 %.
It is really a good deal of having 3 books in 1 [volume] 23 books all together[8 volumes]....But It has one book missing i.e "The lake of Sharks", Better buy it if you are a tintin fan..

Worth every Penny you pay for it...!!!!
Tintin books are always a treasure. I read my first book way back in the 90's, which was the "The Land of Black Gold". I was so impressed and i couldnt wait to get my hands on the rest of the books. I read few other titles after getting myself enrolled in a local library (I couldnt afford to buy them all that time:(..) Finally after many many years i saw this peice of beauty in Flipkart and i ordered it after a bit of apprehension which was mainly due to the smaller size compared to the origi...

Simply superb. All of Tintin! So you can go reading it back to back! Initially i was put off by the size of the book compared to the original - then it grew on me. It is a handy size. Easy to hold and read - whether lying on your back or sitting on a pot. The printing reproduction is very good. And lastly, it is a great value deal. You can't get it for this price at any bookstore (at least in Bangalore).

A:I started reading Tintin before Grade 4, so roughly when I was 9. The content is very watered down even if sociopolitical, and the graphic format makes it kid friendly.
