This is a good book authored by Kelly McGonigal who is a lecturer at Stanford University in USA. It completely changes your life.

The Willpower Instinct & Maximum Will power
Willpower instinct & Maximum Willpower are the same books written by Kelly Mcgonigal. Only difference is that the publishers decided to call it Maximum Willpower in the UK & Asia editions whereas the US edition is called The Willpower instinct.
I am clarifying this since the Imported edition is costly when compared to the Indian edition of the same book.
