The Accused - review

This third book in the Theodore Boone series follows the same logic of how Theodore tries to unlock the mystery of the case in which Theo is framed. One point which I didn't get much is, regarding the murder case, with which the story starts is not highlighted much or I shall say is not given prominence in the story line. Those who enjoyed the two books of Theo series, will enjoy this as well. Happy Reading

The Accused by John Grisham

‘The Accused’ is the third book in the Theodore Boone series by John Grisham although this is the first Theo book that I have read. The book is meant for young readers introducing them to amateur detective investigations. Although it was a pleasant reading, I would prefer a Hardy Boys over this book any day.
The book opens with the court proceedings of a high profiled murder case where we are also introduced to this young teenager Theodore Boone , who has a keen interest in legal matters....

total waste of time

just don't waste ur money or time on this, this was my 2nd Grisham's. i bought it after grisham made me his fan through 'the racketeer' , but now i just want to bury the guy who told me to read this one. throughout the novel i was like , what can be he ending what is the suspense, who is the real culprit............but what i get is a simple high school theif....

i don't know how can this be a bestselling novel.

Intrigueing

It was a gripping reading and could not put down the book till I finished it!!!!! The way it began, then the plotting and how the possible solutions are opened up is really very good. Specially the idea of Theo having a legal bent of mind and already helping people in this regard when possible in animal courts etc.

Book is good but...

The book is good for reading but only for kids. The content is not pacy enough, plot is dull, sometimes the writing feels sluggish. Dont buy if you are more than 16 yrs. Its like a children book.

TB-The Accused

A good one for casual reading. The start and the finish was not same. The real story begin in half of the book. The murder story and the person with whom the story starts, appear no where in end and seems to be left in between.
The potrait of the main character - Theo Boone is good, but not that one to inspire.
