I had pre-ordered this book being a Grisham fan. After reading it I'm wondering if I should re-think my loyalties. It is a thoroughly disappointing book. The end is highly anti-climatic. The story had enough potential given the right build up but Grisham has made a mess of it. You also do not feel any connection with the main protagonist. Seems more like a precocious kid whom you would hate on sight. Then there is a nasty kind of a guy who is introduced and left undeveloped. All in all, there...
