About P. L. Ballaney
P. L. Ballaney is an author of academic textbooks and a professor.
He has written another book, Refrigeration and Airconditioning (in S.I. Units), I.C. Engines, and Thermal Engineering : Engineering Thermodynamics and Energy Conversion Techniques.
P. L. Ballaney was born in 1927. He has degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering. He earned an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. He then joined the faculty of Delhi Polytechnic, which is now Delhi College of Engineering. From 1965 to 1985, he was a professor at that institution. He has also been Dean Faculty of Technology and also Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Delhi. The International Publishing House has honored him with The Best Citizen of India Award.
