Use (For each 100g Gulab Jamun Mix) : 1. Add 55ml Milk to Gulab jamun mix in parts. Kneed gently into soft and smooth dough. 2. Aplly ghee on both the palms and shape 20 smooth and round balls without cracks from the dough. 3. Deep fry balls in ghee or oil on medium-low heat until golden brown. 4. Soak fried balls in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes. 5. Sugar Syrup : Add 300g sugar in 450ml water, boil for 5 minutes (1 String). For taste add saffron and cardamom.
