Unsatisfactory
I bought this only because of seeing the 10.5 kg size.
But by 8 kg machine is much much biger than this .I think it's size only 6to6.5 kg.l am totally disappointed by it drum sized . Don't go for this thinking this a big one and can load more clothes.

Expected a better product

1. Machine is very good.
2. Installation by mechanic was not good as it comes under flipkart so they should resolve the water tapping connection.
3. Function wise machine is excellent but takes some time to understand everything.
