Performance - While washing my clothes I found the sound (noisy) and vibration was also continuously coming as I kept my cell phone in the middle and it was not on the same place after few minutes. Even I found that the inlet pipe which is provided is too small and not reaching till the tap. I have to purchase an inlet pipe of 3 meters which cost Rs.400.00 and that's why I gave 3 start for performance.

Absolute rubbish!
They have a very pathetic after sales service. This machine stopped working and I had been calling the customer service for two weeks of time ... Still no technician came to see it and forgot about the fix. Simply BIG NO NO... VALUE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AND DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT OF THOMSON.
