Useless product
Thomson is a worst customer service have faced in my life. Not response politely and my washing machine got repaired with in month and they delaying to fix issue.

Not that good.. If you are looking for top end model.. heater doesn't work properly.. sometimes it's works and sometimes doesn't.. go for techlife if you want budget top load washing machine
