    Description

This novel, Three Times Loser... Love Never Dies, tells the story of Alok and his three failed love affairs. Will the fourth time turn out to be lucky for him?

    Summary Of The Book

Three women, living in different parts of the world, with widely differing lifestyles, receive letters from a man who was close to them in the past. The letter asks each of them to meet him in Mussoorie on the same day.

Alok is a fun-loving, but a sincere and caring person, who also has a passion for music. He encounters romance three times, at different stages of his life, with three different women, but he loses each time.

The first love story is with Megha. He meets her during his college days, and falls in love with her. Eventually, the relationship between Megha and Alok ends, and he leaves for higher studies.

During his post-graduate studies in Lucknow, he meets the lovely, intelligent, and spirited Mandira. They are attracted to each other, and so, Alok has his second chance at romance. But, this too ends in failure as their ambitions and choices take them on different paths.

When he begins work, Alok thinks he has found love again, as he meets the lively and charming Shonali. But, this relationship also ends in disaster.

Alok eventually moves to Mussoorie as he decides to start a career in music. He has still not forgotten the three women who had come into his life. Megha is now a homemaker, Mandira is a top executive in a huge multinational firm, and Shonali is still her charming self, in pursuit of her own dreams.

The three letters invite the three women to meet him again in the lovely hill station of Mussoorie. Do the ladies throw the letters in the trash bin, or do they keep the appointment with him? Why did he invite them? Will luck finally smile on him, after disappointing him thrice in romance?

The answers to these questions are unravelled in the final chapters of this interesting love story.

    Gripping (anti)climax

The 3 tales build up excellently to take the plot to a crescendo - and then the emotional climax rounds this novel off perfectly. The ride in itself is a perfect blend of humour, peppered with intense emotions and the 'growing up' of the lead character.

The novel is pleasantly melodramatic, and ends with a bitter-sweet after-taste. Excellent read.

    A Love story with a differnece......must read

It took 3 days to complete 'three times loser'.... but as and when it comes at the ending the total senerio of the story line changed my mental stage and very frankly i was unable to stop weeping.....

It gives a flavour any one can relate with the character and the most beautiful is the ending of this book

    Complicated..

Complicated is the word i would use to describe the book.. Readers may loose the grip over the story after a while.. The presentation of the book is not very attractive.. I would rate it 5/10, the author should have kept the story simple

Not so good even for a one time read

The book starts interestingly, but as it moves its not such a gripping read.
And the part where he has cancer and stuff seems oldish.
The writer has to improve a lot in the narration.
Not worth the time and money.
