The Thrustmaster T.16000M joystick was delivered to me in 4 days from Flipkart. It was well packed and arrived in good condition.
As a user of the Logitec extreme 3D Pro for the last several years, I will only briefly compare it to that model. I use the joy stick for flight simulation only and I've used it for less than an hour, so these are first impressions/observations only.

I bought this from FK... Its the best joystick you can buy at this price,,, The joystick has good spring stiffness... 16million values of X,Y,Z axes makes is very good for Flight Sim... Spring is neither too stiff not too loose... Centres perfectly at zero value.... Has LED at base...

This product has the HEART sensors something which is only available in 10k price range professional quality sticks...the sensors are what matters in fsx gaming...even minute movements are registered accurately...the only down side is the very small throttle quandrant in the middle. apart from thats its the best stick in its price range.

I have 2 of these joystick as I was using it for development. It an amazing joystick for the price. Extremely accurate and highly costomisale. The problem with joystick configurations generally is setting up dead zones. The Thrustmaster TARGET software actully has 3 different ways to set up dead zones perfectly. The software also has a emulation system. It also comes with settings to cange to a left-handed joystick. This has everything you will need but the one thing I miss a force-feedback.
