    Hated it!

    Would have given negative rating.
    There are NO charcoal inserts as such. Its 4layers of fleece material stitched over eachother. It's fraud and cheating to market as Bamboo Charcoal inserts. Totally waste of money to pay for this. Fleece material is available in market cheaply.
