Hi I am using this bag from last 3 - 4 months no issue wow the quality is harder not soft I think if they would keep the quality of material soft then this bag will rock on e-commerce site so I will recommend you if you want to buy Tommy bags then please visit a store but I have used 4-5 Tommy bags but quality is harder not soft so I think they used the hard particular material in 90% of bags

Loved the bag. Not sure if genuine but definitely a quality one! Looks very nice in real and size is quite sufficient for daily use. Would suggest to go for it.
