Perfect product

I had it exchanged as I wasn’t aware the size runs lower and the lady rep helped get it exchanged, it has been good until that extent. It’s been a month I have Tom’s and it’s ripped out in the front (I don’t run with them, I don’t even walk briskly) and looks all tattered- I don’t think you sell genuine Tom’s on your e-store.
If you cross my opinion/feedback, find it in your thoughts to provide me a replacement with a genuine shoe.

THE WORST PRODUCT EVER

Don’t even feel like giving one star, I seriously doubt if the product is genuine or a copy. Recently bought these shoes, when it got delivered it was nicely packed and looked all good. The day i started wearing, within couple of hours the product started damaging, the material of the cloth is worst, I don’t think it will even last for a week.
