The product first- it is undoubtedly a value for money,but no drivers from the manufacturer means trouble.

This product works clean with a Windows 7 and above only.For every other OS( older versions of Windows and Linux) ,you may encounter issues with sound and wired internet connection.

I struggled for 2 full days mining the web trying to fix the wired connection problem and also finding out a compatible linux distro.The story did have a happy ending and I am sharing my experience here sol...

I'm using this laptop from the past 3 months, i have installed windows 7 32 bit. Windows 8 can also be used but the drivers for win 8 are not available for this model.

Pros:
-Light weight 2.3kgs
-Good display
-Good processor speed for normal work like browsing webpages,etc; The Laptop doesn't slow down or hang even while opening multiple tabs on chrome which was a problem i had on my compaq c505.
-Battery backup is average (3 and 1/2 hrs watching movies, browsing etc ) the best you can get ...

Did not have a big budget and chose this laptop over others simply due to the brand and the fact that it was without the OS (thereby keeping the price low). I think its the ideal OS for this laptop as its very efficient and free !!

The laptop boots up in 35-45 seconds and is already connected to WIFI on startup without any delays.

Finding drivers for linux was a problem but i manged to get the links from the various linux forums / blogs.

Will try and update the driver related links.

I bought this laptop a year back.
And it has been performing well since.

was looking for a product that:
1 enabled to do the basic stuff (internet / audio /video)
2 gave value for money
3 lasted at least 5 years

I bought it at about Rs. 21,000
and happy with the first two requirements.
Only time will tell if the 3rd hold true
for this product.

Nice product, slightly delicate, but amazing value for money.
Unless you are having a heavy usage of laptop, go ahead for this laptop.
The laptop comes with a good display, soft keys and decent speaker volume.
I would strongly recommend this laptop for daily use. As it is comparatively light weight, it is also easy to carry.

I bought this laptop from a local dealer for same price a week ago, and also I upgraded it to 4GB RAM.

1) It has a graphics rating of 5.5 in windows rating and able to play many games in medium
graphics settings.
