No Preorder DLC
The only issue is that I was not provided with the pre-order DLC key, despite preordering the game.
Update: Received the pre-order DLC key. No more issues. Also, I've played the game some more, and it is incredible. Very, very difficult to go on offensive rampages like in Rome 2. I had to re-think my entire playstyle and that is exactly how a game franchise sequel should be.

PS: I had received Rome2 on release day and the bonus codes for pre order came as an email on the release day. So I did not have to beg/ask for them.
Review Update: Received my DLC pre order keys today by email, 6 days after the games release date.
