I have bought this router from flipkart almost one month back. I was using this for that time and now I am reviewing.

Pros:-
1)Set up is a breeze...I am using TATA PHOTON PLUS(CDMA Mobile broadband) and Huawei unlocked E366 for Reliance 3G mobile Broacdband...at first I installed Photon and using the net is so cool...even when I tried to install Reliance 3G USB it installed automatically...

4) Descent speed, but...

Guys I have purchased this for my BSNL EVDO and Netconnect Plus 3G Reliance data card. Both of them works fine and is very easy to setup/install the data cards. It has a very good range also. Security features are also good.

There is only one problem I found is that it gets heated up very quickly within an hour or so. I have used many routers but this gets heated up pretty quickly.

When it was delivered, I spent 4 hours working on setting it up with my reliance net connect zte ac2738 CDMA modem.

It didn't work. I gave flipkart a call and that didn't help either. I sent an email and got a response that they will require 24-48 hours to give me an update.

Finally I mailed TP link tech support and got a response back.they sent a new firmware which is not available on their website. I upgraded the router firmware and since then its working fine.

About the Product.
I am using Reliance Netconnect+ AC2737. Initially when i tried to configure. it did not detect my device. I contacted customer care through mail and they sent me another firmware. As i used that firmware, it detected my device. Now it works perfectly fine with my reliance. Also i get good speed. Using it since last 20 days.

About Flipkart.
As usual, delivery perfectly on time ( In 2 days) and good packaging.

I got this router yesterday from flipkart. Its a very fast delivery service.

But the problem come when I tried a lot but it is not detecting my new BSNL evdo UE100 Prithvi at all. I was depressed.

But no need to panic just upgrade the firmware with latest patch available on the TP Link website and it will work absolutely fine.

Now i am a happy customer.

i purchased this product to share my BSNL-EVDO network through wi-fi and it does the job exceedingly well with good wi-fi strength throughout (easily reachable upto 40m range with barrier in between - the range is even more if setting the channels manually)......overall gr8 product.

The router is beautiful, functioning is good. But I had a problem with compatibility with the latest firmware (which came with the router). My BSNL EVDO - ZTE AC8700 is listed as compatible modem, but it didn't work with out-of-box router.

Upon little search, I found that the latest firmware wasn't working with ZTE AC8700. Then I sent TP-Link support an email. Out of desperation, I immediately called the support as well. TP-Link support was quick (unlike D-Link, that keeps putting me on wait...

The product is very good with 3G modems.. I use MTS which is hardly compatible with anything in the world, but is compatible with this router and works just fine. (The customer care of MTS says that MTS does not support any other router and wants to sell there own router)
The setup is really quick and easy unlike others routers.
