A:As it works with BSNL, it should work with MTNL also. It's an ADSL2+ modem router, hence it should work with any company providing internet using ADSL method.

A:Check with seller which version of model is sold.. to use it as repeater it should have wds mode. Seller can confirm same. as per TP link manual it does support with limited version.Chk before buying

Q:Does it compatible with BSNL FTTH also? I can see its showing one port as LAN/WAN but I am not sure if it will work or not? Please clarify.
A:No, BSNL FIBER connection isn't compatible with this router as there is no PON port available.
But BSNL normal broadband connection is compatible.
