Apart from Engineering and Transport Planning, he is also the co-author of Crisis in Road Transport.

L. R. Kadiyali is adept in technical writing, presenting information in a precise and to the point manner.

L. R. Kadiyali obtained his Bachelors in civil engineering from Bombay University in the year 1953, and Post Graduate Diploma in Highway and Traffic Engineering from U.K. in 1973. He also holds a Doctorate in Civil Engineering on the subject of Transport Economics. He is currently the Chief Executive of his firm L. R. Kadiyali and Associates.
